Our meetings are open to all home owners and we encourage everyone to attend.

Your trash service is included in your HOA fees. Patriot will pick up large and special items for an additional fee with advance notice. Special items include white goods (appliances), furniture and other large items.
Special items that will be collected and recycled include scrap metal (grills, bicycles, swings, chairs), small electronics (computers, monitors small TVs, small printers, VCRs, DVD/CD players, etc.), motor oil, tires and car batteries.

Street Light Outages
If you notice a street light out on JIB, LEEWAY, HELM or STARBOARD- please report it directly to Dominion Electric.
If you notice a street light out on GALLEY, ANCHOR or RIVERBOAT- please email us at GlenCoveHOAFairfax.com so our private company can service these lights.
